Is Resolution Link a law firm?
No. We are a legal introducer. We assess claims and connect you to regulated solicitors if your case qualifies.

Do I have to pay anything?
Never. Our service is 100% free. If your case is taken on, the solicitor operates on a no-win, no-fee basis.

What does ‘no-win, no-fee’ mean?
It means you won’t pay legal fees unless your solicitor wins your case. Even then, their fees are capped and explained clearly.

Is my information safe?
Yes. We follow strict data protection protocols and are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

How long does it take to find out if I have a claim?
Most claim checks are completed the same day. Once we have your information, we aim to assess it promptly and let you know if a solicitor can take your case forward.

What does Resolution Link gain from helping me?
If we successfully match your case with a solicitor who accepts it, we receive a fee from them, not from you. You’ll never be charged by us.

Is this just for council housing tenants?
We mainly help tenants in council or housing association homes. If you’re a private tenant with serious disrepair, get in touch, we may still be able to help.

Do I need to provide any documents?
To begin the claim check, just answer a few questions. If your case meets our criteria, we will then request documents like photos, repair reports, or tenancy agreements ahead of your referral to the solicitor.
